Vodacom powerless

Vodacom messed up my debit order, then blocked my account for arrears, when it was not even my fault. I had to make a number of calls. When you ask a consultant a question they cannot answer, they simply hang up on you. Others tell you a bull**** story just to try and get rid of you. When you ask for a manager, they promise they will get one to call you, because they never seem to be available immediately. Needless to say nobody ever calls you back. Despite numerous calls I am still unable to use my account. I have stopped all further debit orders as a result and will not give them a cent more until my issues are resolved. I suggest if anyone reading this is looking for a cellphone or data provider, to LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, Vodacom is useless unless they can sell you something. There is no such thing as customer service with them.
