Vodacom PowerFlex product - Poor customer service
Vodacom sells a product called PowerFlex, a month to month subscription. No contract, cancel when you need to. After numerous calls no one at the call centre or any of the numbers on the website, understand the product or can assist to cancel??? What now???!!

30 Nov 2024, 19:47Another month, another debit order, your team still does not know how to cancel the Powerflex product - which by the way cannot be actioned on the APP. Will someone at Vodacom please assist. Your service levels are beyond appalling!
