Vodacom-"Power to you" is their slogan- Bulls..., it should be "Powerless to you"

In December I received a Vodacom account of R21k (where my account is always R2500-R3000). I started contacting them in January requesting someone to contact me back. Without any avail. My account is currently at R29k- I've paid R8000 beginning Feb and R2500 end Feb and according to a mail I received they gave me R11k credit. According to mail this account is now sorted and will not be reviewed any further. I've logged 5 calls to them requesting that someone from the accounts department working with the queries contact me back- again without avail. You cannot speak to anyone that can actually help you with your account. You must log a complain and someone from Vodacom will contact you back, but this never happens. I've requested a block on my account from Vodacom almost 2-3 years ago, should my data or calls go over my contract amount, my phone should log. According to them, this will happen as soon as you switch off your data or end the call you are busy with- For a R55k account I should have downloaded one movie after another, and NEVER switched of my data - WHICH IS NOT TRUE EITHER. Now, for the first time the call centre says that this block is not fully proofed and does not always work..... If you ask me it NEVER works. Be carefull everyone, Vodacom is trying to make money from all of us. The fine print in the contract says no matter what, you are liable for your account...... How can they charge more than R2000 per GB and you pay at the shop R149 per GB???? Can anyone of Vodacom explain this to me?????????????????????????? This is why our country is where it is at this stage. You do not get any client service and you must always pay pay pay. They are quick to give you this wonderfull contracts and promises and after that you are on your own. Is there anyone that was in the similar situation or can anyone supply me with information on how to go about this further. I cannot pay a huge account like that on a salary. PLease Help....................................
