Vodacom Power of lies

So this new Vodacom powerflex is just a bunch of lies.!!!! It all started when I did inquire about it the store didn’t know anything about it, Then they told me go look online. Then I phoned in and I did ask twice is it possible to keep my number the same yes yes bunch of lies. Then when I got the SIM card I went to the store then they can’t help you phone in so I did no they said you can’t keep your number. No cancelling it is even n bigger problem. So what to do I don’t know
