Vodacom "Power Not To Me" Unblacklisting Issue

My husband passed away end of 2014 and we paid his contract up in full. I recently had the phone repaired and could not use it due to the fact that the phone was blacklisted. Why was it blacklisted in the first place. Vodacom cannot answer me.

On 21st November unblacklisting documentation , copy of my ID and affidavit was faxed through and emailed to ********** The gentleman at the Vodacom store advised that I can contact ********** to follow up on the progress of the unblacklisting of the devise this can take up to 48 hrs.

I have been phoning ever day and sending emails (400 plus) and still to date 05 December 2016 no feedback has been received. I phoned the call centre again this morning and the agent put me on hold and then to rate the service. Guess What, I did rate 0. It seems like no one knows what is going on.

Am I waisting my time, or is there actually someone at Vodacom that knows what the hell is going on as I am at the point of moving to a different service provider.

Dear Vodacom,

I am still waiting for a consultant to make contact with me regarding my issue.

Please specify due course: 1 day, 1 Week, 1 Month

To date I have no feedback regarding this issue I have been facing since 21st November 1- ********** 9887. This morning when I contacted the call centre I was advised that this query has not yet been attended to..... I mean really.

How difficult can it be to unblacklist a device after numerous of emails have been sent to Vodacom and Faxed with the neccessary documentation.

Your URGENT ASSISTANCE would be much appreciated.

Vodacom,

This is really getting ridiculous......

I have spoken to Thulani Mazwi @ 11:25 after I had to call again this morning and he advise that this matter will be escallated to the Black Listing Department..... I mean really.

How many times does this matter need to be escalated on a daily basis for the same issue since 21.11.2016.

All I keep on hearing is SORRY or we APPOLOGISE...... I want solutions, not excuses
