Vodacom Porting service

I tried to port in my number from Rain, as the Rain got no prepaid option and I didn't want the contract, online and calling the help line but failed to get my number porting even the personnel at the porting deptt could not help. I went to Vodacom at The Glen on Sunday to get it done but I was told that the porting service isn't available on Sunday. I gave up and cancelled my mobile number at Rain. In the era of so advanced tech, the pioneer network Vodacom failed to do simple job like porting the mobile number and I'm really disappointed. Thanks Dr Ashfaq Ahmad
