Vodacom Porting Issues

I have been trying to port my number back to Vodacom now for over a month. My number was with Vodacom and I had ported to FNB. Now I have been trying to port back to Vodacom and I have been given 6 different sim cards and still none of them have been registered on the Vodacom network. I have cancelled and resubmitted the process multiple times. FNB have confirmed that Vodacom have accepted the port from their side so why is the sim card not being registered on the Vodacom network ?? This should not have taken so long as the number is on prepaid which makes the porting process easier.

I currently have a port in the progress that was approved by Vodacom on the 26th of December 2018 and still my sim card is not active.

Please can you urgently advise.

Its been 24 hours and no one has bothered to contact me . Please ensure that my current port is cancelled and my porting history is cleared. I am moving to another network.
