Vodacom porting

Good day,

I have been struggling to get assistance from Vodacom support and porting for months. One call after another, Vodacom advised me to call the porting department and get a sudo number so I can port my number back to cellc to cancel the cellc contract.

I had to call the porting department 5 times. They dropped my call 4 times. Apparently the only way I can get assistance is to go to a vodacom shop??
