Vodacom porting debacle
I have been trying to port my number from FNB Connect to Vodacom, and this process has turned into a nightmare!! It has almost been a week now and still pending. I have tried several methods prescribed by the Vodacom porting dept and nothing seems to be working. Can ANYONE help? Does ANYONE know how to resolve this issue? Just seems like you get told something and then wait 24hrs! Then nothing happens ... so how many 24hr periods is this process going to take??? Can SOMEONE with knowledge of this process please sort it out NOW!!!

Seriously thinking about giving them a miss based on this shoddy service!! Stick to my 1/5 for service .... in fact, if it could go lower, it would.
