Vodacom Poorest Service

So I am trying and failing to be patient with Vodacom. It's been a week my query is not resolved and my phone is not being fixed because I need proof of upgrade to prove to Vodacom insurance so they can fix my phone. At this rate it will be a month of so before I can get my phone back from repairs if at all..It's very disappointing. Literary I have been from A-Z with this query. Now I am back to A again.
