VODACOM POOR, YET GREEDY LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Joined vodacom in 90's just after cell phones came out , had a spell when i went over to virgin , but went back to vodacom , i went into vodacom in Bayside table view to ask them to help set up my voice mail box , a very quick procedure normally , their first response was , '' we will charge you to do this'' <br> Whaaaat kinda service to their clients is this ? really , you spend millions of rands trying to get new customers , surely you should look after clients you already have , ?<br> I told them to **** off , and i will be looking for a new cellphone provider....<br> <br> you are a disgrace vodacom..
