Vodacom poor unfair service
Ive been a Vodacom customer for many years. Im due for an upgrade today but its been declined because im under debt review. Ive been under debt review and Vodacom has never had an issue with this. Ive never missed a payment and according to Vodacom I have the best credit rating with Vodacom. Ive always made my payments and should not be treated like this as ive always been a loyal customer
