Vodacom poor store services

Good day

I recently received horrible services at a Vodacom branch in the Promenade Mall in Mitchell’s Plain, Cape Town. On 15 February 2019 at around 11.20am I walked into the store wanting to do a sim-swap. When I arrived I was asked by a staff member what is the purpose of the visit, I then explained wasn’t assisted and stood on the side. Then the manager came to the desk on a phone call, then asked me ‘What are you coming for’ I told him, still on the phone he pointed to one of the staff. At this point I was still not assisted and sat on a chair. Eventually I was assisted, but this time it was an unenthusiastic staff member, talking to me with his hands below his face. In fact I actually asked him if this is how you serve customers in this way, and rep**** that he is tired. Anyway, through his tiredness, he assisted. When I arrived at home, I realised he gave me the wrong simcard and I realised that he never asked for any documents, even though I asked. I was upset and decided to back to the store, because I explained to three different people including the ‘busy manager’ and ‘tired’staffer. I arrived the Saturday morning at 9.10am when doors opened. I asked a Sales consultant if I could please see the manager. He moved next to her in front of me, and in a harsh, rude tone he asked ‘Why? Why?’ and walked away. He had a horrible attitude and never in my life has I be treated this way, and was disappointed and disgusted because I am a loyal Vodacom customer. I was assisted by a staffer eventually, but I walked out of the shop an unhappy customer because the manager was unprofessional and rude. I’d like feedback on the matter and please inform me as to how this will be handled, it would be appreciated.
