VODACOM POOR STAFF SERVICE

i constantly get calls from vodacom regarding my contract but as soon as i ask to be called back at a more suitable time the RUDE AGENTS keep hanging up on me without hearing as to why or when to call.. i find that vodacom staff are very unprofessional and have no way of dealing with people. they are disrespectful and are making the vodacom name unreliable.
