Vodacom poor service ( Vodaworld)

i recently bought the Samsung S7 edge in december 2016, the package included a free tablet with the phone. The phone operates perfectly but the tablet doesnt seem to read the simcard, it says not registered on network. The tablet was sent back to vodacom to try and see what the problem was. The people at vodacom initially thought the simcard was the problem so a sim swap was done but the problem didnt go away, it still said "not registered on network", they also changed the sim tray etc. i told the people at vodaworld that the sim card works perfectly when its inserted in another device, and when another simcard is inserted on the tablet, the tablet works perfectly. the tablet has been booked in 3 times and here are the job numbers ( ********** 7, ********** 4 & ********** 8). when i went to collect it for the 3rd time, when i checked if it still had the same problem, it was there. The lady at vodaworld who was assisting me went to a Mr Thato Chuene to tell him about my problem and he just told her to log a call. When i asked the lady to ask him to come speak to me with regards to my problem as the person in charge at that moment, he refused to come see me.

I am now sitting with a tablet that is not working, a tablet that i am paying for. i requested that they give me another tablet seeing that my contract simcard works on other devices just not the one i got and other simcards work on the tablet as well, so there is nothing wrong with the 2 items, they just dont work together if i can put it like that.
