Vodacom Poor Service No feedback in one week

Good day

This is now my second Hello peter complaint in 1 week. No one has phoned me since 19 Feb 2020 till date. Vodacom took R200 off my account for a prepaid voucher loaded on their application. Money show off but no voucher. I have phoned numerous times. And no one has called me back. This is now my second Hello Peter complaint for one query.
