Vodacom poor service must end

Worst service ever!

My account fell into arrears, mid of February 2018 I went to aVodacom shop and asked what is the outstanding amount, as I would like to settle the account. Thry gave me the amount and I paid the account. Month end February I went to a Vodacom shop to pay my monthly installment. On the 28th of February they suspended my account, when I phoned ********** and folloed the voice prompts they said my outstanding balance is 0 and that my next installment is due on the 3rd of April. I held on and requested to speak to an operator. The operator informed me that my account is in arrears with R70 something rand and I went back to Vodacom and paid another R100 on the account to settle the amount and my account was reinstated. Today once again my account was suspended. Upon phoning Vodacom on ********** they informed me that my account was nou in arrears with almost R600. I asked them how was this possible? I went to the Vodacom shop and asked the outstanding balance and paid and then paid another R100 to reactivate the account on the 28th of February. The lady said there is no proof on my account that I was ever in arrears with R70 something rand and that I last spoke to Vodacom in September 2017. I said that is impossible, I have spoken to Vodacom in January and February 2018, she insisted I phoned the wrong number. I said I have the calls logs proving I phoned the ********** number. Trying to lay a complaint was an even worse experience. So I paid the almost R600 that they said that I'm outstanding hoping they will lift the suspension.

No one at Vodacom is coherent at giving me an amount to pay, when will this end? Everytime trying to pay up the account it remains in arrears, and no one can give you a straight answer.

I am fed up with Vodacom. I will not recommend Vodacom to anyone, spare yourself the dismay and choose a service provider with better customer service.
