VODACOM poor service

I only put one star , would like to give no stars.

Vodacom Mobile tower has been out for more than a week at ENDICOTT , Springs , Between Vischkuil and Daggafontein.

GPS co-ordinates for the tower 26°18'35.4"S 28°34'59.9"E We never had any problems and now we do not have any service. Please do something about it. After 3 complaints with customer service and recieved 3 ref numbers but no resolve
