Vodacom poor service, drop phone calls

I've been trying to get a mailbox set up months on end on my one number and trying to cancel my contract for quite a while but the phone rings for an eternity and as soon as it seems I'm getting through the phone gets put down. <br> <br> On my voicemail issue the general operator keeps telling me my call has been logged it takes 24 hours yet nothing ever comes of it. <br> <br> On trying to cancel one of my contracts I am never able to speak to a consultant to do so - I was previously continually transferred to different people with no luck - it seems you are being forced to keep contracts open. <br> <br> Really disappointed with vodacoms level of service.
