Vodacom poor service

Vodacom has billed me R1700 for something I don't know , my monthly premium is R363 per month and this month I have a huge amount for something I don't know, iv tried to call the call center several times and everytime I select the option to speak to a consultant, the call gets cut . I'm not surprised vodacom has such poor service and we constantly have to complain about them.
