Vodacom poor service

I would not recommend vodacom to anyone. The services I have received is very very poor. My phone got ****** on Friday and vodacom was not even able to track it. I visited the store in westwood mall four times just for a Sim swop but the sim was brought this morning but is still not working. The phone that got ****** was my business phone and I'm loosing out on buisness due to not having my phone.
