Vodacom poor service

For a company that claims to be best network in S.A.Vodacom surely gives a wack service,with their money ******ion scheme.They took their debit on month end and now they’re claiming that the debit returned how ,The money hasn’t returned in my account so where is it? Y’all be careful of Vodacom.I’m going to cancel my contract.Vodacom service is bad since this whole Athur saga .
