Vodacom poor service

I am struggling since October with vodacom. The number I was using for more that 15years just stopped working. I contacted vodacom and they advised me every time to do a symswop. I allready did 6 symswops without any luck. The call center sent me to the branch the branch backto call center without any luck it is been going on for almost two months now without any success. I've lost deals since then because people could not get hold of me.
