VODACOM POOR SERVICE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Don’t pay your Vodacom account before the Debit Order is deducted, because Vodacom will still deduct the money. If the Debit Order does not get paid you immediately get invoice for a further R100. After I had been advised by a Vodacom shop assistant in Mbombela to phone *** and spoke with Tobogo, who said that I should forward the Payment Notification to ***, which I did even though she did not come back to me with a reference number. I received a SMS from Vodacom indicating the query has been resolved together with a reference number and a Vodapay Customer Care number. After waiting a few days for the payment reversal to appear in my bank account, which it didn’t, I phone the Vodapay Customer Care number and spoke with Sipho, who after waiting a few minutes, said that he would phone me back, which he didn’t do. I re-emailed the Payment Notification to *** explaining what had happened and received no response. Since Monday 6 December 2021 Vodacom signal in our area has been poor to non-existent at times, and we have been battling with 4G as well. It seems as if Vodacom is on the downhill, and customers pay for a service that we don’t get?
