VODACOM - poor service and online upgrade management!!!

I did an online upgrade on 31 July 2019, order was confirmed. On the 1st of August I tracked the order on the courier site, it said they need a full address, I phoned them but they said I need to change it with Vodacom. I phoned Vodacom and corrected the delivery address (which by the by was correct, it just seemed that the order of the address lines was too complicated to understand...). On the 2nd I phoned Vodacom as the courier tracking did not show any correction in address, I was informed it can take 24-72 hours for the correction to show and delivery to be attempted. On the 5th I phoned again as courier tracking still showed no change, I was told all I can do is wait. On the 7th courier tracking showed that the parcel is being returned to Vodacom. I phoned Vodacom and was told it would take 24-72 hours for it to be checked back in at the warehouse and be prepared to be sent out again. On the 8th it showed it was received by Vodacom, called Vodacom was told to wait. On the 12th courier tracking showed the parcel was received by "LOVENESS" and POD docs scanned at Vodacom warehouse. I phoned Vodacom to arrange for it to be sent again. I was informed that the phone I ordered was discontinued and not available anymore. I was told my package that was supposed to come to me is probably not there anymore and has been sent to someone else. So the upgrade was cancelled. Yesterday I attempted another upgrade. I have not received confirmation. This morning I called Vodacom to try and get this upgrade done, but was told you cant contact the department that does confirmations, its only outbound, and I need to wait for a text message. (A TEXT MESSAGE - IS THAT TYPE OF STUFF NOT AUTOMATIC IN-ANYWAY) So I am sitting here waiting.... I have been a Vodacom customer for 15 years, but I am getting sick of their poor service the last couple of years. If this is not sorted by end of day I am changing providers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
