Vodacom Poor service and network always down

Vodacom has been proving to be ******* lately by *****ing people's airtime, data and their ********** call center will not answer your calls and if they do they still will not bring my airtime back and keep telling me that their system is down, how come their system is not down when they are busy *****ing my airtime and data and when they debit my account at the end of the month.At night my internet doesnt work l can not even use my watsup even to make calls nothing works at all. A lot of people including myself are very disappointed with vodacom especially since their tariffs are very high but we are still loyal to them but their service is extremely poor even now am l am typing this complaint l have been on hold at their call center for 45mins with no answer at all what is wrong are they shutting down or what? They need to get their acts together because we are also going to move and l want to be reimbursed all the money they have taken from my husband and son's line simple.
