Vodacom Poor Service and Delivery
Vodacom Fibre and RAM COURIERS have recieved 8 telephone calls in the past two weeks correcting a wrong address.
Due to this, they are unable to deliver the router after the fibre line was installed.
It is ridiculous that after 8 fone calls, everytime I call, the wrong address is still there, and the Ram COURIERS deliver to it...and come back to say they cannot deliver as the client at the addrss has not placed a Vodacom Fibre order
I am at my wits end as I can only call this unhelpful Vodacom Fibre help. The issue cannot be escalated and just reverts.back to this incorrect address. I cannot believe such incompetence from Vodacom.

14 Apr 2023, 13:23After the above complaint was typed up yesterday on Hello Peter, I then sent Vodacom all the details of the issues of their poor service by email to their *** with all the ID numbers, names, Corrected Delivery Addresses, Solution ID, Sales Order Numbers and Billing Account.
They in turn sent me a response email this morning, asking me for the same above details contained in the first email with the complaint.
I am in engineering by professional and understand how technology must be used in order to make processes more efficient. But the current use of Bots and Automated Responses in Customer Care is not affective in dealing with a majority of Customer complaints.
And Vodacom telling me on this platform that they will call me does nothing for me and their poor service.
I have already spoken to 8 of their Tele-Customer Representatives and that has done nothing for me. I don't want to speak to anyone. I want Vodacom to delivier the Router as per their promise when we signed up, to the right address, ASAP.
I want a call from Vodacom telling me that the parcel has been hand-delivered by the Vodacom supervisor and they are very sorry for the inconvenience caused; they are giving us a month of rental-free Fibre Service for our troubles and for their incompetence.
I will continue to send the complaint email to *** and put additional entries into Hello Peter against Vodacom incompetence and poor service, making sure as many people know what they are getting into when signing up with Vodacom as possible as long as the Router is not delivered to the right address.
