Vodacom poor service and apple iPhone 7
Vodacom still did not resolve my issue with my phone it is now 3 weeks. They phone back again stating my new exchanged iPhone is out of warranty. The iPhone is just 11 months old since they gave me the new one . They however still take the warranty of the first phone in consideration and count it as the warranty time for the NEW EXCHANGED PHONE. COULD APPLE please help me as vodacom can't resolve this. Does a apple iPhone 7 have a warranty of 12 months?
