Vodacom poor service

Received a router yesterday LTE. It does not work.i called 5 times and 5 times no one can help me as this router does not connect to the internet.they said they have escalated the problem.but no one is calling back.maybe I must look for another provider as there seems to be no one with technical knowledge at Vodacom.
