Vodacom poor service

I have had a very bad service from Vodacom. My 2 cellphone and data contracts came to an end and l have requested that they be cancelled and nothing has been done. My statement for this month still reflects an amount including the ones for the contracts that l requested they be cancelled. I have made several phone calls without success. I even drove to Voda World early Feb and it has not helped the situation.
