Vodacom - poor service

Poor service. We are constantly without network coverage in Fort Beaufort. Vodacom is always full of excuses. Always a batery or generator or or or, but they don't resolve the problem. Businesses are loosing money as card machines are working on the Vodacom network. I just want to know if the cities are also struggling like this or is just because we are a small town that we don't get the attention we deserve. They are not refunding us for all the hours we are don't have coverage. We are paying for very poor service.
