vodacom poor service

This morning I just received a call from a Vodacom agent, Mohammed, telling me what a great customer I am and offering me a deal on a laptop. I then stopped him halfway because I am not interested and told him I do not want to waste his time. I then asked him a question about calls I received regarding my contract and changing the sms to data. I received 2 calls. The first one the call got cut and the second time the agent said he will call me back. That was last week. I am still waiting for a call back. Mohammed then gave me the number and while I was thanking him he just ended the call without saying anything. All the customer service thrown out the window because no sale. Terrible service from vodacom!

Then just something that really irks me, If I am such a womderful and loyal customer why not give me something for free and stop selling me products!
