Vodacom poor service and inability to make contact. Terrible service

My account has been suspended even though it is fully paid for the month of August. I have requested 2 call back and I still waiting. It is impossible to get hold of anyone and I am fed up with vodacom after being with them for many years and putting up with their nonsense
