Vodacom poor service

Received a call on black Friday special. Deal sounded excellent. Been a loyal customer for more than 10 years and paying for 3 contracts. Contract upgrades sounded very good at same price etc. One device was delivered. Two others sent to wrong location and cancelled. Tried to call was given various explanations. Waiting for more than 10 minutes no answer. I now have to solve the problem, paying customer should not be resolving problems. Hoping somebody will now call me? Quick to sell by slow to deliver on service. Not used to this from Vodacom.
