Vodacom poor service

Hi Peter i did get a question from Vodacom wanting to know where i bought the 1 gig and i told them that it was on their app. They put notices on my phone that they have answered me but they are only concerned with other people but i have not had an answer from them . t tried not to give them a star but i had to to get in . I have been a customer of Vodacom since 1995 and that is how they appreciate your support
