Vodacom poor service

I have ordered a Vodacom contract online for a Sony Xperia Z3, which was on the 6th June 2015. After I was approved, I got my first call on the 9th June. I spoke to a lady on the phone and she said my phone is ready for delivery. They will deliver my phone on Thursday the 11th June. I said, that they should rather deliver the phone on the friday, the 12th June.<br> <br> I got an email on the 11th June, saying that the phone is ready for shipment and will get the phone before 12 on the 12th June. I am still waiting for the delivery. Then I have phoned vodacom that they are out of stock. Can they at least tell me when they first phoned me that there is no stock!! Wake up Vodacom!!! This is very poor service
