Vodacom poor service

I had a contract with vodacom that I ended up canceling within 12 months and paid up everything including the cancelation fees at vodacom N1 City in 2024 already. Now I'm getting harassed by nudebt saying I owe vodacom and vodacom keeps deducting money from my account. When I visit the store I am told to contact customer service which I don't get assisted. I have sent multiple emails to but nobody responds
