Vodacom poor Service

Vodacom Java a very bad service. I bought a laptop online as an upgrade. They gave me a wrong device , that was January this year , I called them February within 7 days to tell them that they delivered a device but the specifications are far different from the ones tatba guy promised . After that they always promised that they will collect but they don't Their courier will call and drop the phone , the day they called to speak with me they came with a wrong address three times. I had to call vodacom to do the change of dress I have been doing same thing al*****.

The last time I called them asking for a reference number so that i can do follow up with Ram.they said they can not see any history that I called The other one said can not help with a collection of January

Courier called to arrange the collection for Friday No body came
