Vodacom poor service

On sunday 19 March 17 at 11 am I called the call centre for assistance with my data. The service I got from Eunice and she put me on hold for more than 5 minutes, not even knowing why I called in. I then dropped the call and phoned again an got through to Vuyo which gave me a attitude because I wanted to speak to a team leader. She shouted and took me for a joke. I will never use Vodacom or recommend them to anyone you dissapointed me big time I'm so frustrated. To think I have 3 months left to end my contract. I definitely switching networks I am no one's joke.
