Vodacom poor service

On February 24, I realized that Vodacom adjusted my monthly debit order from R129 to R533 without any notice to me and without my consent. The local Vodacom agency Matlosana Mall Klerksdorp took up the matter with Vodacom and was told that my 24 month contract had expired and that I now had to pay R533 for the same data I am a 69 year old pensioner and clearly they saw the gap to make money out of the elderly, I wanted to know how it is possible to make a unilateral decision without my consent and without Vodacom having other cheaper options available to me, there was a cheaper option of R149 for the same amount of data but Vodacom unilaterally decided to let me pay the more expensive option. Please note that I have been a Vodacom client for more than 10 years. Query was sent to Vodacom by computer on February 24, 2020 and up to this day there has been no communication with me. The local agency inquired again on February 28 and was informed by computer that they would make the necessary corrections. I have since returned the debit and on 29 February entered into a new contract on a cheaper option of R149 for the same data 10gb day and 10gb night from 01 March 2020 and was informed that the problem has now been resolved. Big surprise was that Vodacom made no correction and will now debit my account with R772 (no details) on March 25, 2020. It is absolutely bad of Vodacom who once again wants to make inadmissible claims against my account and can’t be trusted. Poor customer service with *********** staff is the order of the day. I have a Vodamail email address that is known to Vodacom why was it not used to communicate with me. I demand that the March 2020 debit be immediately withdrawn and replaced with the correct R149.00 debit otherwise I will take this to the highest authority. Vodacom router number *** simcard permanently in router and only for Email and internet use. I have a Vodacom App on my Phone no sms's was registered. if this is not resolved soon I want to cancel my contract with Vodacom.
