Vodacom: Poor service!!

Vodacom cancellation service not up to standard. They do not answer their phones: Customer care and cancellations. I can not make 6 phone calls and not one gets answered. How are we suppose to cancel our contracts. Vodacom stores in malls can't help....they give you a number to call and that's it. Maybe this way I can get their attention and hope they will call back!! Very poor service!!
