Vodacom poor service

Vodacom is now manipulating its customers by giving them calls and claim that they’re making a follow on their behalf.I since wrote a review about the router that they sold to me knowing that it’s not compatible for home internet sim.I then got a call from hello Peter consultant saying he’ll make a follow up and I’ll get my refund.To date the consultant hasn’t reverted back to me.I think it’s fair that I cancel all my 3 contracts with them.
