VODACOM - Poor, Poor, absolutely POOR SERVICE DELIVERY!!!!

Tarkastad Eastern Cape - Bad service delivery!! 2 days without Vodacom signal. No incoming or outgoing calls. Business and personal communication standstill! How is this possible!? This is not the 1st, 2nd or 4th time, it happens ever so often that we've become accustomed with the bad service and celphone comms in town! But every end of the month we are expected to pay our bills without any compensation?! If this isn't contract break, then I don't know what is!? And all Vodacom says is the are sorry, they weren't aware of any problems!! Bull****!!
