Vodacom. Poor, pathetic dispute resolution.

Hi Vodacom. Reauested block on some Ussd features last year. They have telephonis records of this. Also cancelled contract on several occasions. Cos they allege that it was not done. Finally they agreed to look into matter and refund all monies that were a result of there poor call centre management. They still havent got back to us. The number in question is ***' My no is ***
