Vodacom--Poor & Pathetic Customer Service
My business cell phone contract expired and i visited the Vodacom 4U Shop 62A at Liberty Midlands Mall in Pietermaritzburg in order to renew my contract on the 09/11/2019 and was assisted by consultant Basheera and was offered a business deal of a Samsung Note 10 with Unlimited Call + SMS and 20GB of data for a price of R799.00 pm.I accepted the offer and was told by her that she needs to call the call centre and increase my credit score but all is in order and she will call me either the next day but definetly Monday. She called me on Sunday to say that she is still working on my contract. After numerous attempts to get hold of her on Monday i was told that the deal expired on Monday and the new price was R950.00. How can you offer me a deal and then renege on your deal??? Numerous attempts to resolve the issue was ignored and the Branch Manageress has still to return my call to date from 13.11.2019.After complaints i was catergorically told that thats the deal and i can take it or leave it.I was give the call centre number and told to complain and despite calls from the Call centre to the store was ignored...Then i was told i can have the phone on a 2 year contract at R950.00 or on a 3 year contract at R799.00 ??? I have 3x business contracts with Vodacom and will never renew them in the future. The service from this store is pathetic to say the least and Vodacom should be ashamed that staff of this calibre represent this company. I will await a call from Vodacom or does this pathetic customer service stem from the top to the bottom??
