Vodacom Poor Internet and E/mail Service

Here we go again. I phoned Vodacom Head Office yesterday and Sharon promised that someone would call and assist me. Nobody has phoned me yet. I cannot do my work! Earlier this year I had a similar dispute which took months to resolve. PATHETIC SERVICE AT ITS BEST!!
