Vodacom poor customer service

My wife an I recently went into a Vodacom store ,on arrival at store we were helped by sales assistant that help us as we were looking to take a contract on a playstation 5 game for our son's Christmas gift it's been 3 weeks later an we have not been updated only told that it is not easy to get one at this time,my concern is why were niot informed about this in first week surely there is back log i feel the sale rep is very unprofessional and could not care less if we took our business elsewhere,we have a few contractors with vodacom so all my wifes information is captured on the system there was no excuse for sales rep not to follow up or escalate the sale , clearly they di want our business, Vodacom is the worst network ever ,#dissatisfied customer
