Vodacom poor customer service

No problems were had with Vodacom, until the contract term came to an end and a paid up letter was requested. Instead of being assisted, one is being sent from pillar to post. Being told to send emails and call numbers but still, no paid up letter has been received. Been trying to get a paid up letter since last year with no success.
