Vodacom poor customer service

I am at my wits end with Vodacom. I noticed that they had been adding duplicate amounts for instant recharge to my account on seperate bills. I queried this with them on 2 August and they promised to give me feedback by the 5th. Called them again on the 30th for the same reason, the consultant Thabiso promsied to call me back the same day. he said that he would request a refund on my account. To date still no call!

I recharged with 750MB of data on the 29th of August as a gig of data had mysteriously disappeared. On Monday the 1st of August that data had disappeared. I called them and they said a technician would call me back. Naturally no one called me back.

I upgraded in July and got a once off 10GB data bundle as part of the contract. I checked recently and still had around 12 GB of data altogether. Today I tried to send a whatsapp which wouldnt go through. I checked my balances - 0 airtime and 0 data. No notifications of data usage. I called Vodacom and they said all my airtime had been used up by Vlive - something I have not once even used!

I feel like I am being persistently **********. I have called them dozens of times and cant seem to get anything resolved.

Vodacom contacted me and have pledged to give me a credit for the duplicate charges. I was informed that the reason all my contract airtime disappeared by the 4th of the month was because the 10 GB promotional data bundle that I received as part of my contract upgrade expired at the end of August - after one month in other words - and so I was paying out of bundle rates for internet usage. While they are refunding me the airtime, which I appreciate, the fact that the 10GB had a limited shelf life was not made obvious at any point during the upgrade process. I actually find it unacceptable that the unused portion be wiped out after only one month.

I have checked over my sms's from Vodacom and received an sms on 12 July stating that my promotional data bundle (balance 11.47 GB at that date) is available until 15/09/2020. I would therefore request that it be reinstated. I have also not yet received the airtime credit as promised.
