Vodacom poor customer care!

<p>I accepted a deal with Vodacom for a router. The router has to be delivered to my place by RAM service. The problem is that the device is not delivered yet and I am not interested in it anymore. I wrote to Vodacom customer care but I heard nothing from them and I cannot even get in touch with the agent that offered the deal. Does customer matter for Vodacom?!</p>
